Anime will always have a special place in my heart .. I grew up watching Xmen and GI Joe but when I first saw Sailormoon on TV, my life has changed! Whenever I watch cartoons, I would check if the eyes are colored and big.I would refuse to watch it if its otherwise.. later on i learned that they are japanese cartoons coined as Anime'. I was lucky that Anime was big during my pre-teen years because every local channel has anime shows in it 24/7. Then I would read Manga comics which I borrowed from classmates. There I started sketching and copying the faces, the big hair, the animated expressions, the tiny nose and the immensely oblong shaped eyes. Too bad i failed to nurture this interest when i got busy with college. I envy Mike and Thysz because they really know the science of anime. It was a fun field trip at the Ayala Museum!!
