Lady Gaga Born This Way Ball
This is the day that the Lord has made!! We arrived at the line at 12noon. There were 50+ people in the line. Kids rather. When we arrived , a fountain of excitement poured inside me. It was like a field trip with stranger friends . Stranger friends because i don't know the people but I know I can make friends to them because we were gathered there for one purpose. I was tweeting and reading tweets for updates. "What would Jujiin wear? How was Gelo's 12 hour stay in the line? are there Bible protesters on the venue?
Am i gonna die in this leather outfit later at noon ?"
We saw Gelo ! he was 4th on the line. Everyone lighted up when they saw us. I was with Paul Jatayna and Curves Lopez. We were already dressed up for the ball. No ostentatious gaga costumes. Just our usual clothes. It was fun seeing the kids in their cool Lady Gaga personas. Curves and I were recalling videos and GAGA phases as we check on the kids. Sayang walang nag MCQUEEN gaga phase. It was a fun day! We were waiting in the line with no water or food. We were like hermits only updated by twitter. LadyGaga fan-based twitter and ANC's twitter retweeted my tweets. It was like the whole Manila is hungry for the much awaited Born this way ball.
3PM and Jujiin and Paulo came in their full gear.. And when i say full gear , alam niyo na yon! The media/press with big cameras approached us. They interviewed Paulo Castro regarding his view about the concert versus the Bible Kids , etc. After that , a guy from Ovation productions told us that they'll be giving food and refreshment for being early on the line and for the effort in dressing up.
It was hot. The line was thickening . More and more Gaga fans came. Nonstop cameras flashing. I see shiny happy people everywhere. We were all wondering what Gaga is doing inside the arena.
My photos were all crappy during the concert. My mom's nikon digi cam is alien to me but i hope u like them photos. It's from my perspective.chos. I let everything in instead.
