DRAW in LIGHT SS13// Noise

UK label- DRAW in LIGHT  continues to explore their  mastery with silk-screen printing combined with their signature unadulterated minimalist pieces.  Every print is special since they are made using free-hand silk-screen techniques.  Using the simplicity of the shirt as the core canvas, the designers -  Polly Wilkinson and Harry Barford  managed to narrate their concept of "NOISE".  I love that their brand creates deconstructed, light, raw  RTW couture pieces  with the female form in mind  without the sexualised notion . Seeing the pieces lead me back to the past works of MMM (raw-frayed gabrics ) and Helmut Lang (tie dyed effect print).  Each piece is one of a kind of course
