A perfect white shirt could send me into a higher state of euphoria however a well executed design and taste in textile boost my creative realm. From time to time  , I check out designers with an exceptional mastery in textiles and form akin to the great Chalayan and Alaia hence I stumbled upon the work of Nadine Geopert. She's a Berlin-based designer who , in my opinion, wields her designing skills as a powerful performance art. Artisanal is the word. I've read that she experiments on different textiles to come up with a product. It is true that she is fascinated with the movement of the wearer and the reaction it creates with different hi tech fabrics. Who would've thought a memory foam could serve as a functional skirt?
