TRAVEL / Senso-ji Temple

The rain ratified the coldness of that morning. The cold was insane. It seeps through the very fiber of your outerwear and torture you with numbness. No amount of scarves or warmers can make you feel cozily warm and fine. So we found solace to the oldest temple in Japan - The Senso-ji Temple. There was no fireplace or heater but the thick columns and voices of the people produced an unexpected warmth. We stayed there 'til we can stomach the cold rain outside. Before that we say our prayers and thanks to God and whoever responsible of this wonderful journey. We also prayed that the cold wouldn't kill us.
