Apologies if most of my photos are fashion-related. Before we went to Seoul, me and my partner didn't plan any tours or trips to iconic places in Seoul. In fact, this was our fashion vacation wherein we will scout for shops that sell our favorite designers like Ann Demeulemeester, Helmut Lang , Rick Owens etc. So it made sense that on our second day, we've decided to visit Gangnam, Garosu-gil in particular.

Gangnam has that Roponggi Tokyo vibe: The tree lined  streets, corporate buildings with small shops. It was also interesting because there were also basement shops so imagine the excitement of not knowing where to start. We stumbled upon this high-end shop in the basement which sells brands like ACNE , Nehera, Undercover, MSGM (very popular in Seoul) and I scored a fluffy Caramel jumper from ACNE studios for $100 AUD. It will be on my next post. This place is known for beauty surgery clinics as well which I might consider visiting next time lol

We did a lot of strolling and store-checking ...and people watching. It's true that people around here dressed up more and it encourages you to edit your clothes and look your best as well. We visited Vintage shops as well where countless of monogram bags of FENDI, GUCCI and DIOR scattered all throughout the store. There were jackets from Chanel, Balmain and YSL too. The staff was so friendly and welcoming.

Korean  clothing stores are awesome! Actually, we stumbled upon REIKENEN , a famous shoe label and it was just amazing. I did my best to take photos but I try my best to avoid getting reprimanded by staff because it kills my mood.  We ended our day eating french macarons from Cafe La foret
