Let's call this the "Gareth Pugh" blue. electric, striking, royal blue but with lesser violets . I am so happy to get this House of Chapel tank top. I've been searching for an asymmetric tank top since forever and i am so glad that it's in blue. Now i am searching for a "Rad Hourani" Blue- pastel but strong , not the powder-y blue that we see in that popular Sanrio cartoon.
